In 2003 Christian Farwick and Ernst Herrmann founded the Terra Select GmbH & Co. KG company.
In the year 2004 the brothers Andreas Farwick and Bernd Farwick joined them.
The aim of this quartet was the development of a new series of Screening Machines.

In order to ensure that the used materials are always at the right place at the right time, Christian Farwick is responsible for the purchasing and the spare parts organization.
Bernd Farwick is responsible for production matters and the completion of orders in due time.
Andreas Farwick is responsible for the development and construction of the machines.
In order to sell all developed and produced machines, Ernst Herrmann answers for sales and marketing.
All strategic positions are occupied by the Managing Directors of the company.
